Tattoo supply traceability
Affichr helps tattoo artists organize session records. It does not certify compliance, replace a health authority, or guarantee that an automated label read is correct. Check every field against the package and confirm the rules that apply to your establishment.
Ink pigment records
Written records include the client, service date, description, and the color, manufacturer, and lot number of each pigment used for each tattoo. Records are retained for at least three years and available to the Department on request.

Municipal sterile-item records
Toronto requires records for pre-packaged sterilized items, including purchase details, type, quantity, lot numbers, and expiry dates, and asks studios to record each needle cartridge lot on the client record. The municipal code requires five-year retention.
