Private pilot
Affichr for ChatGPT
Your tattoo bookings, in the conversation. Ask what needs attention. Review the next action in Affichr before anything changes.
Access is limited to approved pilot artists. Public installation is not available yet. An eligible Affichr plan, AI consent and authorization for the selected data sources are required.
Ask. Review. Decide.
See what needs attention
Read your own requests, schedule, deposit status and activity, within the sources you authorize.
Example prompts
Which requests and deposits need my attention this week?
Find useful booking patterns
Summarize recorded booking history. Individual trends need at least three completed visits; past appointment times do not establish client preferences.
Example prompts
Summarize my booking history and tell me where there is too little data.
Prepare the next step
Prepare an acceptance, decline or up to four time options. Open the preview in Affichr and confirm before a booking changes or a client is contacted.
Example prompts
Prepare two time options for this request. I will review them in Affichr.
With the appropriate permissions, the pilot can also prepare personal calendar blocks, service changes and booking deadlines. These tools do not move client appointments or change payment settings.
Your account. Your permissions.
- Access is limited to the connected artist account, not a whole studio.
- Health answers, private client or consultation notes, and private artwork are excluded.
- You can disconnect in Affichr. Review the connection notice before granting access.
- Optional alerts and weekly summaries depend on your settings and compatible ChatGPT event support.
Not the same as the assistant inside Affichr
The built-in assistant provides read-only help. The separate ChatGPT connection prepares booking actions; request decisions and client messages always require confirmation in Affichr. Direct changes to personal blocks, services and booking rules require a separate opt-in. Neither makes artistic decisions for you.
